Cancellation Policy
Wicked Wax Studio has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (regardless of circumstance), a 50% service fee will be charged.
If an appointment is missed (no call/no show), a 80% service fee will be charged.
Please be respectful of other clients time by arriving to all of your appointments on time. At the 10 minute mark, your appointment will be considered missed.
Also, there are many sharp objects and chemicals in the studio that can cause harm to your child. So please, leave the little ones at home.
