Cancellation Policy
Wicked Wax Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If an appointment is missed (no call/no show), cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (regardless of circumstance), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please be respectful of other clients time by arriving to all of your appointments on time. At the 10 minute mark, your appointment will be considered missed and the fee as mentioned above will be charged.
